This swivel is a dedicated supporting device for
oil drilling and production operations, primarily
suitable for downhole operations such as drilling
milling, casing milling, and sand washing. It efficiently
provides a stable circulation channel for drilling fluid,
ensuring smooth delivery and return of the drilling fluid,
making it a key component of the drilling fluid circulation
system in downhole operations. The equipment features stable
performance, with a maximum rotational speed of 120 rpm, and
a bore diameter covering mainstream specifications of 2 inches
and 3 inches, meeting the drilling fluid circulation flow
requirements under different working conditions. The connection
thread configuration is flexible, with two standard options: upper
and lower 2-1502, or upper 2-1502 and lower 3-1/2 drill pipe thread.
Customized thread configurations are also available based on on-site
operational needs, perfectly matching various wellsite pipe connection
standards with strong installation adaptability. The overall structure
is compact, with high pressure resistance and wear resistance, capable
of withstanding complex downhole operating environments, and features
low operational failure rates, providing reliable support for the
efficient execution of drilling milling, casing milling, and other
operations.
