structure, the injector head can be flexibly opened or closed
based on site requirements, enabling multi-purpose use of a single
unit. When open, it allows large-diameter pipe strings and tool
assemblies to pass directly through the internal passage without
interfering with the rack and pinion unit's conventional snubbing
tripping of individual tubulars—ensuring seamless operational transitions.
When closed, the coordinated action of internal chains and gripping blocks
enables continuous coiled tubing tripping, significantly reducing operation
cycles and improving overall efficiency to meet the demands of various
working conditions.
Modular Design — On-Demand Assembly for Streamlined Installation
Optimized assembly logic reduces deployment costs! The modular design
allows selective integration with the snubbing unit based on anticipated
operational procedures. When coiled tubing is not required during operations,
the injector head installation step can be omitted, deploying only the snubbing
unit—greatly simplifying installation procedures and saving time. When both
coiled tubing and conventional tubular handling are needed, the injector head
module can be rapidly integrated with the snubbing unit, flexibly adapting to
multi-type pipe string requirements while balancing efficiency and practicality.
Quick-Change Gripping Blocks — Time-Saving and Effortless Maintenance
Innovative fixation structure simplifies maintenance! The quick-change
gripping block design makes replacement faster and more efficient. The
gripping blocks feature a slide-in installation with spring plate locking:
simply press the spring plate, slide the block into position, and the spring
plate automatically snaps back to secure it—no additional tools required. For
removal, pressing the spring plate again allows quick detachment. This significantly
reduces replacement time, lowers maintenance labor intensity, and enhances equipment
servicing efficiency.
