Through-Tubing Deployment, Precise Placement: The tool string
features an extremely small outer diameter profile, allowing
it to pass easily through the tubing inner diameter. It can be
conveyed by electric wireline or coiled tubing, enabling the bridge
plug to smoothly traverse through the bottom of the tubing and reach
the preset setting position deep in the wellbore.
Compact Size, Robust Anchoring: Upon reaching the target depth, the slips
and sealing elements of the bridge plug are expanded beneath the confined
through-tubing passage by hydraulic or powder-powered actuation. Even though
the initial size is limited by the tubing inner diameter, it still achieves
robust anchoring and high-pressure sealing within the larger-diameter casing
or liner.
No Unsetting of Original String, No Production Interruption: The entire setting
process is performed while the original production string remains in place. This
means that after the operation, the wellhead equipment remains intact, and the
production passage stays unobstructed, preserving maximum flexibility for subsequent
testing, production, or repeated interventions.
